Sliding Fee Schedule Policy
In light of the current economic downturn and in the spirit of San Francisco, we now have a sliding fee schedule for those patients who:

have no health insurance;
• have health insurance that doesn't cover chiropractic (HMOs),
• have a high deductible or high copay
health insurance policy,
• have been laid off from work, or
• are financially strapped in other ways (low paying or part-time
job, one income household, etc.).
This policy is available to all who request it and basically attempts to remove any financial barriers to receiving care. It is based on the honor system, as no formal income verifications are made by our office.
Patients desiring to take advantage of our sliding fee schedule must first make an appointment at the office for evaluation (no specific fees will be discussed over the phone). While we do our best to accomodate everyone, there may be instances where an agreement on fees cannot be met. In these rare cases there will be no charge for the initial appointment.
