I believe that true health comes
from within. The human body, as naturally
designed, has a powerful capacity to
regenerate and recover from injuries
and sickness, if properly cared for.
This should be the primary focus in
the quest for optimal health. To this
end, I incorporate a multi-faceted approach
to treatment: reduce pain, improve spinal
structure, strengthen muscles, and address
internal issues from the nutritional
angle; primarily through weight management
and anti-oxidant supplements. The end
goal is to help make the body more resistant
to injury, pain and disease. |

Therapeutic massage is a wonderful
component of wholistic health care.
It imparts a relaxing, healing energy
and leaves the patient feeling fresh
and invigorated. I am very careful to
first determine the nature of the client's
condition so that a precise massage
treatment can be delivered for maximum
therapeutic effect. At the end of the
session, I obtain client feedback so
that the next session is even more productive. |
