Insurance Coverage

We accept many health insurance plans and are currently in-network for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross (through American Specialty Health Network-ASHN), and Blue Shield of California.

The following plans (PPO) usually have some coverage for our services.
(NOTE - this list is not all-inclusive). Deductibles, co-pays and other coverage limitations vary from plan to plan:

• United Health Care
• One Health Plan
• ALICO
• Nippon Life
• Principal Financial Group
• Most Union health plans

Important: if our clinic or doctor is not listed in the provider directory your insurance company provided you, contact our office. It may be an error of omission, and you may still have treatment covered here.

We also accept automobile insurance medical coverage (Med Pay). Med pay pays 100% of necessary medical care for injuries sustained in automobile accidents (up to your policy limit), regardless of fault. Call your carrier to see if this benefit is included in your policy, or let us check for you.

Workers Compensation Insurance covers necessary medical treatment for injuries or conditions resulting from one's occupation.  This office accepts workers compensation claims on a case by case basis.  Please call for more info.

Auto Injuries / Personal Injuries: For those who have a personal injury, such as from an auto accident, slip or fall, we accept attorney personal injury liens on a case by case basis. Call for more info.
